FAQ

What people usually ask.

How is the price worked out?

It’s a price per rider per day that drops the more of you there are. It includes up to 5 hours in the saddle; extra hours are charged separately. You get a fixed price before you book.

What level do I need?

It depends on the route. There are flat rides for anyone who can ride a bike and long climbs for trained cyclists. Tell us your level and we’ll suggest the right one.

How long is a guided ride?

Up to 5 hours in the saddle, not counting stops. Half-day rides are also available.

What’s included?

A private guide, a route adapted to your level and technique tips throughout the ride. Bike hire and the support car are added separately if you need them.

What should I bring?

Helmet, cycling clothes for the weather, glasses, sun cream and ID. If you hire a bike from us, the helmet is included.

Are there stops to eat or rest?

Yes. We plan coffee and food stops according to the length of the ride.

What if it rains?

We find another route or another day with you. Your safety always comes first.

Can I bring my own bike?

Yes. If you don’t bring one, you can hire one of ours and we’ll deliver it to your hotel.

How many people can come?

From just one person. From 7 riders the ride comes with a support car, and for 9 or more we prepare a custom quote.
